In this acrylic seascape, I wanted to convey the sense of drama with the waves crashing into the foreground rocks before spilling out onto the beachy sands below. Part of a series of four, each one of these paintings is unique. Various methods of paint applications have been used to create different surfaces such as the delecate  whispy clouds, the smooth still surface of the ocean and the roughly textured rocks whereby paint is thickly applied with a pallet knife.

Painted on high-quality canvas supported with a solid wood base, sides are also painted to eliminate the need for framing, ready to hang. Dimensions Height:8", Width:8", Depth: 1.5"

This painting is a one-off original and no prints or reproductions of any kind will be taken from it due to the deeply personal nature of the subject.
