RETURNS

If for any reason you would like to return your item, simply email me at janineleesstudio@gmail.com and I will work with you to ensure a smooth return. Simply ensure that the item is in a re-saleable condition and send it back to me with the packaging and shipping fees covered. For added security, I recommend using a signed for insured courier service. Please note that any bespoke pieces or commissioned artwork cannot be refunded.

Damaged items must be reported  within 48 hours of delivery. 

 

All returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
