Freida's pensive expression and fixed gaze reflects the shy nature of these wonderful creatures, yet she looks as if she is also smiling enigmatically like the 'slightly' more famous portrait 'Mona Lisa'. Her thick downy coat of varying colours and textures can be seen in perfect detail as it frames the soft black velvety leg just seen resting within her light fluffy tail.
